Protect Your Truth – Murray Flynn Solicitors honoured at Slovak Constitution Day Celebration
On 5 September 2025, the Slovak community in Ireland came together to mark Slovak Constitution Day at an extraordinary gathering organised by Slovak Centre Ireland the umbrella organisation of Slovak community groups in Ireland. The evening was hosted by Rastislav Blazek, Managing Director of Slovak Centre Ireland, whose leadership has been instrumental in building bridges between Slovaks in Ireland on one side and other communities and Irish authorities and institutions on the other side.
Among the distinguished guests was His Excellency Andrej Droba, Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Ireland, who delivered an address highlighting the importance of solidarity within the community and the value of partnerships. He thanked the entrepreneurs and organisations who have consistently supported Slovaks in Ireland and expressed his admiration for how connected and active the community remains despite living far from home.
“The Slovak community in Ireland is strong, connected, and full of potential. We are proud of what you have achieved here, and we thank all those who continue to support you. My congratulations go also to Slovak Centre Ireland for its remarkable work, and I wish you continued success in representing and empowering our community abroad.”

Supporting all communities
At Murray Flynn Solicitors, we believe that integration is built on both responsibility and rights. When people emigrate to Ireland, it is essential to know not only their obligations, but also the protections and entitlements available to them under Irish law.
For more than 30 years, our firm has provided professional legal support to people from diverse backgrounds including but not limited to Slovak, Czech, Polish, Romanian, Latvian, Russian, Ukrainian, Portuguese, and many others, ensuring that access to justice is never limited by nationality or background.
Through our Protect Your Truth campaign, we continue to raise awareness about legal rights and empower communities across Ireland to seek clarity, protection, and fairness. The Slovak Constitution Day celebration was not only an occasion to honour Slovak heritage, but also a moment to reaffirm the strength of Ireland’s multicultural society. For Murray Flynn Solicitors, receiving the Award of Appreciation is both a recognition of past commitment and an encouragement to continue working hand in hand with immigrant communities across Ireland.
Because your rights matter — and your truth deserves protection.
